Emmy has wide experience in a number of key hospitality and real estate transactions (including the acquisition, sale and leasing of hospitality and commercial properties) and also assists in providing ongoing operational advice to hospitality and property development companies. She has also been involved in various significant joint venture arrangements and development projects (both domestically and internationally), as well as assisting and advising on hospitality and accommodation related contracts and arrangements.
Emmy also works on retail and commercial leasing matters, conveyancing matters and provides advice to clients on key issues facing their businesses, in particular key issues arising in the hospitality industry and has experience in advising on and negotiating joint venture and fund investment transactions.
