Emmanuelle Pontnau-Faure is a partner in our tax practice
Emmanuelle heads the Paris tax department. She specialises in corporate tax matters, advising industrials, private equity investors, credit institutions, real estate and hedge funds. She assists on tax matters related to a large range of transactions including notably M&A, LBO transaction, refinancing and intra-group restructuring. Emmanuelle's practice also includes advising in relation with the resolution of disputes with the French tax authorities.
Emmanuelle is a member of the Paris Bar.
