Emma advises on employment, industrial relations and discrimination law. Emma has particular experience in working with clients to manage complex industrial relations disputes, enterprise bargaining and workplace transformation projects. She also regularly advises clients on employment and discrimination litigation across a range of courts and tribunals. Emma is also experienced in the interpretation of industrial instruments and payroll improvement.
Emma advises clients across a broad range of industries, including aviation, oil and gas, mining, energy and higher education. Emma enjoys working closely with clients to understand their organisation in order to develop and implement effective employee relations strategies.
Emma holds a Masters in Laws from the University of Melbourne.
