Emile Abdul-Wahab is a senior associate in our EU & antitrust, regulation and foreign investment practice.
Emile is admitted in England & Wales and advises on a wide range of EU and UK competition law matters, including merger control, antitrust investigations, market investigations and competition law compliance, as well as foreign direct investment regulations. Emile has experience advising clients across numerous sectors, such as digital services, financial services and payment services, including in the context of investigations by the CMA, FCA, PSR and European Commission.
