Edwina has acted in a wide range of complex and high value litigation, arbitration and adjudication matters. Broadly, those matters concerned disputes arising from large scale mining and energy construction contracts (both within Australia and overseas), access agreements to regulated transport infrastructure, Native Title land access agreements, joint venture agreements and sales agreements in the resources sector.
