Dorothea advises distressed companies on restructuring projects, insolvency administrators and insolvent companies on structuring and conducting insolvency proceedings, as well as banks and investors in NPL transactions and distressed investments.
Dorothea also advises on private M&A and private equity transactions, both on the buy and sell side as well as on corporate restructuring, in particular in the life sciences, TMT and technology sectors.
Prior to joining Ashurst, Dorothea was a lawyer at a leading international law firm and a major New York law firm in Munich.
