Dorélien Blin

Dorélien focuses his practice on corporate restructuring and insolvency proceedings. He represents distressed companies, as well as shareholders and financial institutions (creditors, investors, etc.) in complex financial restructurings, both "out of court" and "in court".

Prior to joining Ashurst as an associate in 2025, Dorélien was an intern at several international law firms and at an insolvency practitioners' office in Paris.

Admitted to the Paris bar, Dorélien speaks French and English fluently.
