Dion Alfadya

Dion is a renowned corporate transactions lawyer with 15 years of experience in the Indonesian and South East Asian legal markets. Dion specialises in M&As, joint ventures, fundraisings, strategic collaborations, investments as well as private equity and venture capital style transactions in telecommunication, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, fintech (encompassing among other things payments, equity crowdfunding, e-money, e-wallet, peer-to-peer lending and digital banking), digital/technology start-ups in various sectors (including ride-hailing, e-commerce marketplace and e-retail), data centres, logistics, real estate and downstream oil and gas sectors.
