Dillon is a senior associate in Ashurst’s corporate transactions team with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and equity capital markets transactions. Dillon has a particular focus on tech M&A, advising founders, companies and investors in tech related transactions.
Dillon advises clients on all aspects of their businesses including acquisitions and disposals, capital raising, restructurings, joint ventures, director’s duties and corporate governance.
