Dennis advises German and international clients in public M&A and equity capital markets transactions, covering IPOs (including dual-track processes), capital raises, private placements and block trades.
He has substantial expertise in general Corporate law, especially stock corporation law, and cross-border transactions.
Prior to joining Ashurst, Dennis worked at a boutique law firm specialised on capital market disputes as well as Hengeler Mueller. He was admitted to the German bar in 2021.
