Davy focuses on M&A, capital markets and corporate governance. His M&A experience includes schemes of arrangement, hostile takeovers, and private M&A. He also regularly advises on capital market transactions including IPOs, rights issues and placements, and corporate governance matters under the Corporations Act and ASX listing rules.
Davy has advised on many high-profile and complex M&A transactions in Australia, with particular experience in cross-border deals and the application of Australian foreign investment rules.
