David Pemberton

David advises national and international clients on contentious, advisory and transactional employment matters.

David has experience advising clients on the management and resolution of work-related grievances and investigations, performance management and disciplinary matters and termination of employment. He has assisted clients with litigation in the areas of unfair dismissal and equal pay.

David has acted on the employment aspects of M&A matters and outsourcings, cross border redundancies and restrictive covenant issues, with clients in a variety of sectors including finance, technology and renewable energy.
