David Jardine is a partner in our projects practice
David is an infrastructure project specialist. His focus is on PPP, concessions, outsourcing and construction procurement. He specialises in the project documentation involved with these projects and the contractual issues that arise in their implementation and delivery.
David has a particular focus on the transport, social infrastructure and PPP sectors. He has acted on a number of major road and rail deals in Australia and internationally, as well as many social infrastructure projects using PPP and development models. He has also worked extensively on PPP and concessions internationally (principally UK and the Middle East) and here in Australia.
David spent several years abroad in our London and Abu Dhabi offices, working on road and rail in 12 different countries. Prior to that, he spent almost a decade in Melbourne advising on transport and other infrastructure.
