David Charlier is a partner in our projects practice, head of region for the Middle East and splits his time between Dubai and Abu Dhabi
David specialises in the development, financing and acquisition of energy and infrastructure assets, including utilities (both conventional and renewable power as well as water / wastewater), petrochemicals, oil & gas, ports, airports, education and transport.
He has more than 20 years' experience advising sponsors, lenders (including Islamic banks and export credit/multi-lateral agencies) and government institutions in the Middle East, Africa and Europe across the full range of the energy and infrastructure sectors.
David is qualified in England & Wales.
