Daniel Richards

Daniel advises on all areas of indirect tax including GST, stamp duty, insurance duty, land tax, payroll tax and other State based taxes.  He has extensive experience advising on all indirect tax issues in respect of business and share sale agreements, takeovers and corporate reconstructions, insolvency and restructuring, foreign investment and transactions involving real estate, build-to-rent developments and renewables.

Daniel also has experience on tax controversy matters, advising clients on procedures undertaken by State revenue authorities including tax audits and objections.
