Dan is a go-to employment-law advisor for litigation (in Employment Tribunals, High Court, arbitration and mediations), investigations and advisory work. His clients trust his sophisticated advice, especially where the issues are delicate, reputations are at risk and the stakes are high. He works closely and collaboratively with clients in sensitive, complex and contentious situations where he applies his judgment, experience, pragmatism and strategic acumen to deliver punchy advice and optimal results based on clearly agreed objectives.
Dan also has particular experience in:
- The asset management sector where he works closely with our regulatory team to ensure a
seamless one-stop service; - Trade union issues, including industrial disputes and recognition applications; and
- Corporate deals, especially where senior management has significant equity in the target
business.
In addition, Dan provides practical and solution-focused training and advice on a full range of employment law matters, such as diversity and inclusion, social media use, employee investigations and the handling of disciplinary and grievance matters. He is a regular speaker at industry conferences and has published numerous articles.
