Dan is a foreign legal consultant at Oentoeng Suria & Partners and part of Ashurst's Projects & Energy Transition practice.
Working out of Ashurst's Sydney and Jakarta offices, Dan has advised on large-scale construction and infrastructure projects, particularly rail. He has specific expertise in infrastructure procurements processes (inc. PPPs) and the drafting of major project documents (inc. development agreements, EPCs and O&Ms).
Dan also advises on renewable energy projects including hydro, solar, wind, BESS and CCUS. He has been the lead associate advising on the PPAs for 7 Indonesian renewable IPPs (Sponsors and Lenders), including IPPs with BESS.
Dan is recognised as the winner of the Australian 30 under 30 Awards for Construction and Infrastructure in 2020.
