Dalila is an associate in our antitrust, regulatory and trade practice

Dalila is an Italian qualified lawyer specialising in EU law and competition law. She advises clients on all aspects of competition law, with a focus on merger control, foreign direct investment (FDI), State aid and UK subsidy control.

Dalila has experience with investigations by,and notifications, to the European Commission and national competition authorities. She advises international clients, including large corporates and private investment funds, across a wide range of industries, such as information technology, software, energy and financial services.

In addition, Dalila has also experience in advising on antitrust compliance issues and consumer law, as well as in handling appeals and litigation cases at EU and national level.

Dalila is a member of the Naples Bar Association in Italy. After her law degree, she obtained a post-graduate diploma in EU and Competition law from University of Naples "Federico II" and she further enhanced her qualifications by competing an LL.M. in European Law at the Institute of European Studies – Université libre de Bruxelles, graduating summa cum laude with a master thesis on killer acquisitions in the digital space. Before joining Ashurst she worked at another international firm in Brussels and as a trainee for the European Commission in the State aid field.
