Christopher specialises in documenting derivative transactions, primarily with equity, foreign exchange, commodity and interest rate underlyings, structured as OTC trades or drawdowns under debt or securities programmes.
He has particular expertise in structuring of exotic equity derivative and CPPI products for leading banks, and has led the development of the documentation for such products.
Christopher is a partner of Ashurst LLP and registered foreign lawyer (England & Wales) and Hong Kong qualified solicitor.
