Chris Grey

Chris Grey is a Partner in London and Global Co-Head of our Tech M&A practice. He is also Co-Lead of the firm's Technology sector.

Chris is a professional in the technology sector. He works closely with companies at all stages of their development, as well as private equity investors and venture capital investors on their significant strategic investments and M&A, in particular complex cross-border M&A, partnerships and joint ventures, financings, and other strategic transactions and advising on corporate governance. Chris works with global Big Tech groups and has particular expertise across fintech, AI, software/SaaS, IT services, defence, semiconductors, quantum computing, and other advanced technologies. He brings extensive experience in the UK and French markets, having qualified in English, French and Australian law. He is recognised by Legal 500 for Venture Capital in the UK.
