Chris is the head of the Middle East real estate team.
Chris is a Private Equity Real Estate (PERE) professional based in Abu Dhabi, with more than a decade of experience advising global and regional investors on complex, cross‑border transactions across the Middle East, UK, Continental Europe, the United States, Asia, and Africa. He counsels private equity funds, asset managers, sovereign wealth funds, family offices, insurers, pension funds, REITs, financial institutions, hotel owners and operators, and developers, on high‑value real estate deals throughout the full investment lifecycle.
Chris focuses on joint ventures, funds, and capital solutions, with deep experience in structuring and execution, including investment and development JVs, club deals, funds, opco/propco arrangements, competitive auction processes, financing, asset management, and exits.
His sector experience spans senior living, purpose‑built student accommodation, hotels and leisure, industrial and logistics, data centres, and large‑scale development platforms.
