<p><span style="display: inline !important;">Charles specialises in complex commercial dispute resolution.</span></p><p> Charles has assisted with disputes in the corporate, mining, energy, infrastructure, and insolvency areas.<span>&nbsp; </span>His experience includes proceedings before the High Court of Australia, Federal Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of Western Australia (both at first instance and on appeal).</p><p>Charles was educated at the University of Oxford (Bachelor of Civil Law) and the University of Western Australia (Bachelors of Law and Commerce).<span>&nbsp; </span>He has also taught commercial law and public law subjects to undergraduate and postgraduate students at the University of Western Australia.<span>&nbsp; </span></p>
