Catherine Lathom-Sharp is an associate in our Dispute Resolution practice.
Catherine maintains a broad practice consisting of contentious financial services, financial crime and general commercial litigation.
Her experience includes advising financial institutions and individuals involved in internal, regulatory, whistleblowing and corporate crime investigations, in addition to more complex commercial litigation before the English High Court. Catherine represents multinational organisations, financial institutions and senior individuals across various sectors, including financial services and oil and gas.
More recently, Catherine has represented and advised a financial institution involved in a High Court proceeding; a senior individual in a Serious Fraud Office investigation; an online gaming company regarding trademark infringements; a financial services firm on compliance and conduct issues; and a senior individual in a PRA investigation.
