Caspar Graf von Westerholt is an associate in our corporate transactions practice in Frankfurt
Caspar advises national and international clients on private equity as well as M&A transactions and joint ventures plus on corporate law matters. He focuses on infrastructure projects.
He studied law at the Universities of Bonn and Leipzig and was awarded a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the Stellenbosch University in South Africa.
Currently, Caspar is a doctoral candidate at the University of Leipzig and speaks German, English and French.
