Casey graduated magna cum laude and Order of the Coif from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she was the Senior Notes Editor of the Cardozo Arts & Entertainment Law Journal.

Casey is admitted to the California State Bar, New York State Bar and the State Bar of Texas.
