Cameron Cuffe

Cameron specialises in international arbitration with a focus on engineering and construction related disputes. Cameron has acted as counsel in numerous domestic and international arbitrations under the ICC, LCIA and DIAC arbitration rules as well as UNCITRAL ad-hoc arbitrations. He also advises clients in relation to expert determinations, dispute adjudication boards, adjudications and mediations. 

Cameron’s cases have included complex engineering and construction related issues associated with rail, road, port and sports infrastructure projects, airports, process plants, oil and gas facilities, as well as power and water plants.
