Caitlin is a senior associate in the litigation and dispute resolution group, focusing on insurance litigation and health law. She has a particular interest in health law, drawing from her previous career in radiography. She has extensive experience advising clients in relation to multi-party litigation, and actions based in tort including dependency, workers' compensation, dust diseases and psychiatric injuries. She also has experience in Commissions of Inquiry and Coronial Inquests, as well as managing portfolios of claims relating to single events, including catastrophic incidents.
