Briony advises financial institutions, funds and corporate borrowers on acquisition financings (both public and private), corporate and investment grade facilities, fund financing transactions (including subscription/capital call facilities and asset backed leverage facilities) and other secured and unsecured lending transactions in both the domestic and international arena.
She has particular experience acting on fund financing and corporate lending transactions for financial institutions as well as a wide variety of funds, including private equity funds, real estate funds and direct lending funds.
