Brandon Chesner

Brandon Chesner is an associate in our U.S. finance practice

Brandon advises banks and other financial institutions on a broad range of U.S. and cross-border finance transactions and securities offerings. His work related to finance transactions includes syndicated and bilateral loans, letter-of-credit transactions, asset-based loans, fund financing, and infrastructure-related financings. In his work related to securities offerings, Brandon represents issuers and underwriters with registered and unregistered securities offerings linked to a variety of underlying assets, including U.S. and European medium-term note programs, Rule 144A and Regulation S programs, and structured CD programs. Brandon has also advised on general U.S. corporate and regulatory matters.

Brandon also has experience preparing and negotiating loan trading documentation, including agreements adopted under the Loan Syndications and Trading Association, Inc. (LSTA).

Brandon received his Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law, magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, where he served as the Senior Articles Editor for the Fordham Journal of Corporate and Financial Law, Volume XXIX, and was a Tort Teaching Assistant. Brandon received his Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, in Economics and Political Science from Rutgers University.
