Bram advises on the full range of banking, finance and capital markets transactions. He has particular expertise acting for lenders and borrowers on debt finance transactions. This includes syndicated lending, acquisition finance, asset based lending and project finance. He also advises on financial regulatory matters.
In addition, Bram has gained in-depth expertise in general corporate and M&A, restructuring and insolvency.
Bram is fluent in Dutch, French and English.
