Based in Saudi Arabia since 2009, Bilal has advised government authorities (GACA, National Center for Privatization, Ministry of Health), sponsors (ACWA Power, Ma'aden, Dow Chemicals, Saudi Telecom) and nearly all the major financial institutions in the region on a broad range of projects, financing and corporate matters.
