Benjamin is a counsel of the Hong Kong dispute resolution team. His practice is focused on complex commercial, financial and banking disputes and contentious regulatory matters including investigations conducted by the financial regulators in Hong Kong. Benjamin is delighted to have advised major financial institutions and their senior management, listed companies, multinational corporations, investors and trustees of private equity funds and hedge funds, as well as ultra-high net worth individuals. He has extensive court experience and advises his clients on complex disputes and settlements often with cross-border elements, and has a successful track record in achieving legally and commercial significant outcomes for his clients.
Benjamin is mentioned by the recent editions of Legal 500 – Dispute Resolution: Litigation in Hong Kong for four times in a row as one of the "key lawyers" at Ashurst and his previous firm and is described as an "all-rounder and true problem solver".
