Benedikt advises national and international clients on general corporate law, M&A transactions, public takeovers as well as complex contracts.
Prior to joining Ashurst, he worked as a research assistant at the House of Finance at Goethe University and completed LL.M. programs in Finance at the Institute for Law and Finance and in Banking and Financial Law at Boston University.
