Ben Rooke

Ben is a partner in the Infrastructure, Places and Capital Projects Advisory practice. He leads the Commercial Advisory team providing advice to clients in planning and delivering major investment programs and related commercial transactions. He brings over 15 years' infrastructure experience working alongside and integrated with legal teams to deliver complex large-scale government property and infrastructure deals, business cases and strategic reviews.

Ben has broad in-house public sector and consulting experience advising on projects across housing, urban renewal, arts, sports, transport, justice, education, innovation, cities and precincts. He has extensive experience in government investment and procurement processes including unsolicited or market led proposals.
