Ben is a partner in Ashurst Risk Advisory providing expert advice in infrastructure and commercial advisory. Ben has over 18 years’ experience delivering complex, large‑scale property and infrastructure transactions across housing, precincts, culture, sports, transport, justice, energy and education portfolios.

As a former public sector senior executive and experienced commercial and financial adviser, he brings deep expertise in government procurement, value for money assessment, and market‑led/unsolicited proposals, integrating seamlessly with legal teams to provide strategic, outcome‑focused commercial advice.

He has advised or led some of Australia’s most significant infrastructure and property programs, combining rigorous commercial structuring with pragmatic delivery support from strategy and business cases through to negotiation and execution.
