Barbara Anderson is a counsel in our projects and energy transition practice
Barbara is a banking and finance lawyer with extensive experience in project finance, acquisition finance and general lending. She acts for borrowers, lenders and sponsors on regional and international, Islamic and conventional cross-border transactions throughout the Middle East.
Barbara also gained experience as a Cayman Islands lawyer advising on offshore aspects of financing transactions. Prior to admission as a solicitor, Barbara was an investment banker for 11 years, structuring and executing complex, bespoke multi-jurisdictional transactions.
