Aylin Cunsolo is a partner in our projects and energy transition practice

Aylin provides expert advice in renewable and clean energy project development, energy regulatory matters and energy contracting, including hedging and offtake arrangements, corporate PPAs, retail supply contracts and connection arrangements. She also has a wealth of experience advising on significant energy M&A and financing transactions, and joint venture arrangements.

Aylin has been the Chair of the market advisory committee to the Business Renewables Centre-Australia since 2021.
