Aurélien Zilberman specialises in commercial litigation, with a particular focus on issues relating to contract law, post-acquisition disputes and shareholder disputes, industrial risks, anti-competitive practices and product liability.
Aurélien has developed extensive expertise in managing litigation in the energy, digital economy, distribution and real estate sectors.
He acts for French and international companies and governments in pre-litigation proceedings (mediation, expert assessments, settlement negotiations) and litigation before French civil and commercial courts.
Aurélien is recognised for his pragmatic approach, ‘placing the client's interests at the centre of his concerns’ (Legal 500, 2023).
He is a member of the Paris Bar.
