Astrid Keinath

Astrid specialises in Corporate law, in particular stock corporation law, domestic and cross border transformation law and corporate governance. She has specialised expertise on public general meetings and is an expert on the European Company (SE).

Until joining Ashurst, she was an in-house counsel at Deutsche Bank, advising on Deutsche Bank's public general meetings, intra-group reorganisations and various corporate governance issues.

Before joining Deutsche Bank in 2014, Astrid was an Associate and later Managing Associate in the Frankfurt office of a leading international law firm for more than 8 years.
