Ashley is based in Melbourne and has worked with a wide variety of local and international clients. She has experience in a range of contentious and non-contentious trade mark and branding matters, consumer protection law, food law, anti-counterfeiting, domain name disputes and marketing, advertising and sponsorship matters.
Ashley brings international experience to our IP team, having previously worked at a leading law firm in New Zealand where she worked with a number of leading brands in industries such as food and beverage, fashion, publishing, consumer goods, travel, healthcare and cosmetics.
Ashley is qualified in New Zealand and admitted in Australia.
