Arijit Tiwari

Arijit's practice focuses on structured finance and derivatives across the full product lifecycle, from programme establishment through transactional execution and regulatory implementation.

He advises top tier investment banks on the establishment and operation of on-balance-sheet structured products issuance platforms, and regularly advises on the issuance of both on- and off-balance-sheet structured products.

Arijit also has extensive experience advising on equity, index, credit and rates derivatives, with a particular focus on the structuring of multi-asset indices and strategies (including actively managed strategies) delivered to clients through derivatives or structured products.

Arijit is qualified England & Wales and in India (non-practising).
