Ariana Fazlic is a transaction counsel in our global loans practice in Munich
Ariana advises national and international financial institutions, private equity investors, debt funds and corporates in leveraged acquisition finance and corporate lending transactions.
Furthermore, she specialises in project finance. Ariana advises clients in relation to the financing of transportation infrastructure (in particular rolling stock) and the financing of renewable energy projects (solar and wind).
