Anthony Hui is a senior associate in our tax practice
Anthony advises on all areas of indirect tax including GST, stamp duty, payroll tax and land tax. He has extensive experience advising on indirect tax issues on share sale and asset sale arrangements, takeovers and corporate restructures as well as regularly advising buyers and sellers on property transactions.
Anthony also has experience on tax controversy matters, advising clients on procedures undertaken by federal and state revenue authorities including tax audits, objections and tax litigation.
