Annie Smart

Annie focuses on infrastructure, energy and transportation projects and transactions. She advises a spectrum of stakeholders and project participants on a wide range of project delivery structures and alternative delivery models. Prior to joining our Los Angeles team, Annie worked in Ashurst's London office where she advised funds, banks and corporate clients on a variety of domestic and cross-border corporate transactions.

Annie is admitted to the California State Bar and qualified in England & Wales.
