Annick is a partner in our Competition and EU law practice in Brussels
Annick has a broad experience in all areas of competition law. She has acted in a number of high-profile cartel and abuse cases before the Competition Authorities in Belgium and the EU and has built up a particular expertise in defending dominant companies across many different industries. Annick also represents clients before the Belgian and European Courts in contentious competition law related cases. In addition, she advises a variety of primarily industrial clients on EU and Belgian merger control and has inter-alia been involved in numerous energy related mergers (including second phase).
Annick handles competition law cases and advises on compliance with competition law in a range of industry sectors including energy, consumer goods, retail, waste, cement and packaging.
She is a Belgian advocaat/avocat, a member of the Brussels Bar and is fluent in Dutch, French and English.
