Dr Anne Kristin Krafft is a senior associate in our private equity practice in Munich
Anne advises national and international financial and strategic investors on a variety of corporate transactions, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, carve-outs, joint ventures, venture capital investments and general corporate matters.
She represents clients from various business sectors, including energy, automotive and mobility, infrastructure, healthcare and financial services as well as investment funds.
Anne graduated from Ruprecht-Karls-University Heidelberg, where she also received a Ph.D. with a doctoral thesis in corporate law.
Prior to joining Ashurst, Anne worked in the mergers and acquisitions practice of large international law firms in Frankfurt and Munich, where she advised German and international clients.
