Annalisa has acted on a wide range of banking, securitisation and other structured finance transactions, assisting domestic and international banks, financial institutions as well as rating agencies. Assistance in structured finance transactions comprised all different asset class.

She has also been involved in structuring, negotiating and drafting secured and unsecured credit facilities and connected security packages, including real estate, corporate and project financing transactions.
