Annabel Massey

Annabel is bilingual in English and French. She's an Avocat à la Cour (Paris Bar) and a Solicitor (England and Wales).

Annabel's practice encompasses debt capital markets, structured products, derivatives and repacks and has significant experience in international and local markets.

Her experience includes structuring notes issued by banks, corporates and special purpose vehicles as well as derivative OTC transactions relating to a range of asset classes including credit, equity and commodity linked products.

She has a particular focus on matters relating to French law and English law governed structured products offerings (both regulated and unregulated) across a wide range of product structures, establishing and updating a wide range of repackaging programmes for special purpose vehicle issuers and structuring complex and bespoke drawdown issuances.
