Anna Duron is a senior associate in our competition practice
Anna Duron specialises in EU law, with a particular focus on litigation in EU administrative, employment and contract law before the EU Courts. Anna regularly argues cases before the EU Courts, on behalf of EU institutions and government bodies in vast array of cases, and provides related capacity building training.
Anna provides strategic advice on complex employment matters to EU institutions and bodies on their compliance with applicable rules and regulations. She is experienced in sensitive internal investigative work, in multicultural environments and in internal disciplinary matters and processes. She has conducted a number of internal impartial investigations by interviewing witnesses and collecting evidence, both on site and remotely.
She is widely recognised as a trusted adviser of EU institutions/agencies in her field and beyond. Anna also advises international NGOs and private sector actors in matters of EU law and contractual liability in grant agreements.
