Anita has over 20 years' experience as a M&A transactional lawyer. Anita advises across a number of industries, with a particular focus in the energy, energy transition and infrastructure sectors. She has a particular expertise in advising on issues relating to consortium bids and equity structuring arrangements, as well as Australia's foreign investment regime.
Anita is qualified in Australia and England & Wales.
