Andrew Pattinson is a senior associate in our competition practice
Andrew works with clients on complex competition and consumer law matters. Andrew has experience advising on regulatory investigations, competition issues associated with significant transactions and teaming arrangements, advising on competition issues associated with sustainability initiatives as well as providing bespoke competition and consumer law advice in a range of sectors. Andrew has acted both for and against the ACCC and is uniquely placed to assist clients navigate competition and consumer laws.
Andrew's experience extends to regulated infrastructure having advised clients on economic regulation in the telecommunications, energy and transport sectors. Andrew has assisted clients with navigating access disputes, complex regulatory investigations, negotiating active and passive sharing arrangements for telecommunication clients as well as advising on access determinations and regulated pricing issues.
Focussed on the following sectors: digital economy, pharmaceuticals and life sciences, infrastructure, energy and financial institutions.
Andrew has a Masters in economics from King's College London.
